How to Adopt a Pal
Since every Rumi Pal is handmade just for you, here is how the process works:
Browse & choose: Pick the animal and size that steals your heart.
Customize: Decide on safety eyes vs. yarn eyes, and pick your colours!
Request: Fill out the adoption form to secure your spot.
Creation Time: I will spend 2-3 weeks hand-stitching your new best friend.
Homecoming: Your pal is shipped to you, ready for a lifetime of smiles!

With Each Order You'll Recieve a Rumi Pal Adoption Package

Each package will have...
An official Rumi Pal adoption certificate signed and filled out by me. The name will be left blank for you to pick out your own name for your pal!
A hard tag attached to each Rumi pal with safety and care instructions.
A business card.
And a Rumi Pal sticker!

We want your Rumi Pal to arrive safely and exactly how you prefer! At checkout, you can choose between two different travel options for your new companion:
The "Snug & Squished" (Standard $15)
How it works: Your Rumi Pal is safely vacuum-sealed and shipped inside a protective envelope.
Why choose this? This is our most cost-effective shipping option!
Good to know: Because they are vacuum-sealed for the journey, they will look a little flat when you first open the package. Don't worry - just give them a good fluff and a squeeze, and they will pop right back into their perfectly round, squishy shape.
The "VIP" Box (Premium $20)
How it works: Your Rumi Pal will travel in style! They are carefully nestled in tissue paper inside a sturdy shipping box.
Why choose this? This option prevents them from getting squished or tossed around in transit. It provides the ultimate protection and creates a beautiful, ready-to-open unboxing experience.
Good to know: Becaue the box is larger and offers more protection, this option includes a small additional shipping fee. It is absolutely perfect if you are sending a Rumi Pal directly to someone as a gift!
